Lev Tsimring is from Russia originally but is currently based in San Diego in the US.  His camera has taken him all around the world, capturing fleeting moments of beauty, humour and love in everyday life as he put it.  I enjoy his work as he creates a fine balance between humour and beauty.  An example is "My own Little Sun" shown below.

This one is called "Busy Busy".  Two little children are walking down the street as if they are adults with their hands in their pockets looking like they've just come away from a hard days work.
